The tools are here.
The plan often isn’t.
Only about 1 in 4 U.S. employees say their company has communicated a clear AI plan. Gallup, 2026
83% of small firms that use AI use it for writing or marketing. Fed Small Business Credit Survey, 2026
If you’re looking for AI training for employees, start with a job they already do every week. That is what this session is built around.
What happens
in the room
One company. Your work.
Matt runs the session.
- You open
- The owner explains why the team is here, what is safe to try, and which work needs a person’s approval.
- What changed
- A short look at what AI can do now, using examples from everyday desk work.
- Smart answer, wrong question
- Watch a live example of a convincing answer that misses the job. Then give it a better brief.
- The four things an AI hire needs
- What starts it, what it knows, what it can touch, and what it is allowed to do. Turn a vague request into a job with limits.
- One of your workflows, live
- Matt demos a recurring job you chose on the planning call, using samples you have approved.
- Check its work. Find your first hire.
- Practice reviewing the result, then name one job you would hand off and what a good result looks like.
Something to use the next morning.
Your team leaves with
- A brief template for giving AI a job.
- The “first hire” prompt to find a task worth handing off.
- A cheat sheet for the tool you already pay for.
You leave with
- An AI-use starter page to review with counsel.
- A one-page map of three jobs worth handing off, sent within 24 hours.
Bring the owner.
Bring one job.
A good fit
A team mostly doing desk work. An owner or executive who will attend. One recurring workflow you are tired of doing by hand.
Not for
A talk about the future of AI, a coding class, or a one-person office. If that's you, start with the writing and try the ideas on one job.
Built from
work already running.
Examples from Matt’s operations, reported in October 2026.
A 53-person travel company
13 agents, 17 scheduled jobs, and 290 tasks completed in the reported month. The work includes fixing site errors and preparing reports when the team asks for numbers. The company is kept anonymous.

Before you book
Is it really free, and why?
Yes. The session and the follow-up map are free. This is how Fifth Nine meets owners who may later want help putting AI into their business. You do not have to buy anything.
Is it a sales pitch?
The time with your team is spent on their work. There is no sales presentation. The owner’s follow-up map includes an optional next step: an AI Audit to scope and measure a job before building it.
Which tools do you use? Do staff need accounts?
We plan around the tools your company already pays for, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude. Staff can watch without opening individual accounts. We agree on the demo tool and any access needed on the planning call.
Is our data safe during the demo?
We use only samples you approve, with sensitive details removed, in a business-tier account. We agree on the account and its data settings before the session. No live customer records or credentials go into the demo.
Will you record it?
Recording is off by default. Your team gets the slides instead. Any recording needs agreement in advance.
Will you write our AI policy?
You get an AI-use starter page to review with your counsel. It is a starting point for your company’s rules, not legal advice or a finished policy.
How many people can attend?
The session is for a team that mostly does desk work. The owner or an executive attends with the team. We agree on the group size and a 60- or 90-minute format on the planning call. Remote is the default; on-site is available on request.
Does it count as training credit?
We can provide an attendance list on request. This is not compliance training and does not carry accredited training credit.
What happens afterward?
Within 24 hours, the owner receives a one-page map of three jobs worth handing off, based on what the team raised. The team keeps the materials. If you want help with one of those jobs, we can discuss an AI Audit.
